Zeolite

Zeolites are hydrated aluminosilicates especially of calcium and sodium from tectosilicates represented by aluminiumtetrahedra, silicon and oxygen, with large channel gaps which are usually filled with water molecules that can be easily removed by heating gradually and which can be again absorbed or replaced by molecules of other substances.
