Kathmandu, 5th July — Vigen Nepal celebrated the 10th anniversary of its service establishment with a grand ceremony held at the Sunrise Conference Center in Godavari. The event, which marked a decade of Vigen Nepal's commitment to promoting love, health and happiness, was inaugurated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayankaji Shrestha.
The event commenced with a welcome speech by the Managing Director of Vigen Nepal, Mrs. Gyanu Giri Lamichhane, who expressed gratitude to all attendees and highlighted the organization’s journey over the past decade. Her speech set a warm and appreciative tone for the event.

In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha praised Vigen Nepal for its significant contributions to public health. Leader and Member of Parliament LP Sanwa Limbu commended Vigen Nepal for its exceptional work in improving healthcare, particularly in a context where foreigners often criticize Nepal for its lack of progress. He even emphasized the positive impact Vigen Nepal's efforts have had on the development of the nation. He highlighted the organization's role in showcasing that meaningful progress and social service are indeed possible in Nepal.
Dr. Toshima Karki, Leader of the National Independent Party and member of the House of Representatives, also lauded Vigen Nepal's achievements. She specifically praised the one-man initiative of providing Vigen thermal therapy treatment across the country, emphasizing the importance and effectiveness of such grassroots efforts in bringing about tangible improvements in public health.
Journalist Rishi Dhamala added to the accolades, stating that Vigen Nepal's President Shrestha has exemplified the true essence of social service. Special guest Mrs. Chung Shin Ja, the Global CEO of Vigen Medical South Korea, delivered an inspiring message about the inception and mission of Vigen thermal therapy. Dr. Rajendra Shrestha, Assistant Dean of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, provided an enlightening presentation on brain function and neurological problems. His detailed insights helped attendees understand the complexities of neurological health and how Vigen therapy can be beneficial.

Senior national artist Madankrishna Shrestha, senior singer Muralidhar, and senior media person Rishi Dhamala were among those who also gets honored during the event.
